A Day in the Life: Insight to the Life of an Average HUMSS Student

Hi! I am Jeff Rojel S. Dean and I am a student at Philippine Christian University Dasmariñas enrolled in the Humanities and Social Science strand. I am here to tell you about the average day of a HUMSS student!☺ A day in the life of an average HUMSS student is not that special. I start my day waking up to a bright sunny morning soaking up the sun while it is as healthy as possible. Exposure to sunlight can provide Vitamin D that prevents chronic diseases. So I try to soak up the sun while it’s healthy but not for too long. 🌞 Then after a few minutes in the sun I start to do my home works in the morning. I find it more productive to do my assignments in the morning compared to later in the day for a better and clearer mind. I like to start doing my assignments in the morning so that when I go back home there’s nothing for me to do but just sleep and do my normal chores.😏 After that, I start to get ready for school, I brush my teeth, take a bath, have lunch, and put on my uniform.
